  With the Hardware Agreement Plan all replacement parts are free, including actuators, and your labour cost will be locked in. So when everyone’s service cost is going up, yours will stay the same.

• Can I sign up for the Hardware Agreement Plan for less than 12 months?

  The plan is a minimum of 12 months.

• Can I sign up for the Hardware Agreement Plan for more than 12 months?

  Yes, you can sign up for an additional year prior to the expiration of your initial hardware agreement plan. Depending on your system we may suggest a multi-point check.

• What are my payment options for the Hardware Agreement Plan?

  You can pay on a monthly basis or upfront for the year.

• How long do your products last?

  Some stores still have the original systems we sold over 10 years ago when we opened!

• If your products can last for over 10 years why do I need the Hardware Agreement Plan?

  Like many machines, such as a car, there are occasional pieces that will need replacing over the years from natural wear and tear.

• My 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty has expired. Can I still purchase a Hardware Warranty Agreement Plan?

  Yes. Depending on the type of system you have and how old it is, we may require you to do a multi-point check first. If your warranty has expired a claim cannot be made within the first 30 days of the new warranty.

• What is the most expensive part that can be replaced?

  The most expensive pieces that can total to over $1000+tx.

• What is a multi-point check?

  Much like with a car, a multi-point check is when a technician comes in to do maintenance on your system. This will outline the overall health of your integral system.

• Can I do a multi-point check before my warranty expires?

  Yes, we highly suggest you do it before your warranty expires so your Hardware Agreement Plan will cover all parts that need replacement.

• How much does a multi-point check cost?

  $249.99+tx plus transportation cost. If you want our technician to make the fixes on site regular labour charges will apply and parts will be charged if you’re not under the hardware service plan.
